Privacy Policy

Airport Planner does not collect, sell, or share personal information. There is no account, no analytics, and no tracking across apps or websites. Everything the app saves about your trip stays on your device. The only data that leaves your device is the map search and route request sent to Apple, described below.

Data We Use

Location. Airport Planner never asks for or reads your device’s location. You choose your starting point from an Apple Maps search, so the app needs no location permission.

Saved places. When you choose a starting point or airport, the app saves that place (its name, address, and map coordinates) on your device so you don’t have to enter it again. It also keeps up to five of your most recent picks. This is stored locally in the app and is never uploaded, sold, or shared. Your chosen starting point and airport clear automatically with the 48-hour reset described below, and deleting the app removes everything, including recent picks.

Trip settings. Your buffer times and drive preferences are saved locally on your device. Trip setup resets to defaults after 48 hours of no use.

Apple Maps

To search for places and estimate drive times, the app sends your search text and route endpoints to Apple’s MapKit service. Apple handles that request under its own privacy policy. We do not receive, log, or store any of it.

User Privacy Choices

Airport Planner does not require an account or collect personal data, so there are no privacy settings to manage. The app never asks for location or any other device permission. All planning happens on your device, and the drive-time estimate comes from Apple Maps as described above. Deleting the app removes everything it has saved.
